Harry Potter and the Petrifying Play Factore!

Hocus Pocus School Of Wizardry!

Spooktacular Messy Play.
Mess Around North Manchester are bringing several Halloween themed messy play events to Manchester this Halloween. Little ones can squelch, mix, pour, dig and explore, from soap mud monsters to gory goo! Don’t be haunted by messy play, simply come along and mess around at their Spooktacular event and leave the cleaning up to someone else! Halloween Fun At Reddish Vale Farm
Come to Reddish Vale Farm for a spooktacular time! As well as visiting all the animals and play areas, the ‘spooky express’ tractor will be operating, there will also be Vampire Archery, Witches Hat Hoopla, also pick your own pumpkin off the patch and carve your very own master piece! Prizes for all children in fancy dress!

Spooktastic Activities at Tea Cakes and Tiaras
3 Spooktastic activities to chose from. Wednesday to Friday (both weeks of half term) Terrifying T-shirt designing, Petrifying paint a pot, Creepy cup cake painting. Each child will get afternoon tea and a monstrous milkshake. £10 a child.
Fright Run at Lyme Park.
If you are feeling brave, join the Hallowe’en fun run around the park, fancy dress in a must! oin the 6pm scare-tastic run in the dark taking an approx. 6km route through woodland and parkland. Head torch a must.
If you are only after a little scary, join the 2pm run – perfect for young families and is approx. 2km.
Get dressed up and make the most of this scary event. Please wear appropriate footwear for running through park and woodland.

Ghostly Goings-On at Quarry Bank Mill.
In the mill you can dress up and ‘snap a spook’ or join in with haunting crafts. All week from 27th October.
Activities will take place at the Apprentice House and within the Learning Space. Activities are free but normal admission charges apply, see here for more information.
Halloween at Erddig.
Join in with spooky celebrations at Erddig this Halloween. On 31st October, 11am-4pm, you can take part in bat and pumpkin printing, swop hobby horses for broomsticks with broomstick gymkhana! There will even be spooky storytelling!

Calling all goblins, ghosts and witches on brooms……. you’re invited to a party under the moon!
Find your way through the trick or treat maze, test your skills on the inflatable assault course and show off your best dance moves in the spooky disco! Fancy dress is optional but greatly appreciated. The bar will be open and food will be avaailble, prizes for the best fancy dressed. Tickets are £10 per child, adult and under 1’s are free!
