Skate Sessions

Every Wednesday from 25th July to 29th August, 1-3pm. FREE.

Get your skates on and get moving- no experience required. Under 16’s will be required to fill in a consent form.

Cricket Sessions

Every Monday and Wednesday between 30th July and 29th August (except 6th and 8th August), all sessions 3-5pm for under 12’s.

Every Friday from 20th July to 31st August,sessions 5-7pm for over 12’s.

Brunch Club

Every Tuesday and Friday from 24th July to 24th August, 11am-1pm

Children will get the chance to try activities such as crafts, boxing, planting, sport and more. A healthy lunch will be provided free of charge.

Xplorer at Foxdenton Park

Friday 27th July, Friday 17th/24th August, 1-3pm

This is a great family introduction to orienteering, using a basic map to nagivate to different points around our parks and open spaces, free event.

Friday 27th July, 3rd, 10th, 17th 24th August, 11am-1pm. (Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult) : High Crompton Park, Oldham, OL2 7JA.

Tuesday 24th/31st July, 7th, 14th, 21st August, 11am-1pm. (Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult) : Dogford Park, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 7UQ.

Over the summer holidays, there’s plenty going on at High Crompton Park and Dogford Park including games, circus skills, sports and arts and crafts. Everyone is welcome, just turn up on the day!

Holiday Fun at Gallery Oldham

Monday 23rd/Tuesday 24th July, Monday 30th/Tuesday 31st July, Monday 6th/Tuesday 7th August, Monday 13th/Tuesday 14th August, 1-4pm

Free family activities take place during all school holidays, face painting and craft activities at each session. Most are suitable for ages 4-10 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All holiday activities are drop in sessions and are free (except face painting at £2)

Summer Family Fun Day

Super Saturdays Creative Family Fun

Be inspired by the exhibitions at Gallery Oldham with artist led craft activities, painting, drawing and creative fun for all the family. Free drop in session, no need to book.
