Isla loves to dress up, usually as a fairy or a princess! She loves nothing more than putting on her fairy dress, adding some sparkle (usually with mummy’s makeup) and dancing around the living room to ‘Let It Go’.
We’re off to see Frozen 2 soon which we are so excited to see and Isla has asked Father Christmas for her very own Elsa dress.
Last week we were sent some Frozen inspired glitter tatoos to get us excited about the release of Frozen 2. When I showed Isla, so was so excited that she gets to be an Ice Princess!
The Ice Princess Glitter Tattoos and Body Art Set from Fun and Glitter is priced at around £12.50 and includes:
- a glitter unicorn crown (over eyes)
- a gorgeous biodegradable chunky glitter in an icy colour,
- body glue
- 3 pots of glitter (silver, blue and pink)
- pack of glitter tattoo stencils,
- two brushes.
- plus a lovely snowflake organza bag to keep it in.
Isla’s favourite was definitely to sparkly unicorn crown! She wouldn’t stop looking in the mirror, she said she’s certainly now a real princess. It was so simple to use, just peel it off and put it in place, she’s reused it over and over also.
There are loads of tattoo stencils to chose from which I thought was great especially for the price of the set, I had expected maybe 2 or 3 stencils but there’s so many! Isla’s favourite stencils were the princess, the crown, hearts, anything girly really. There was a great range to choose from, even Oscar wanted to get involved as he loved the snowman!
The tattoos were really quick and simple to do. Just apply to clean skin. Firstly peel the back off the stencil and place on the skin. Then peel the top layer off and apply the glue, then the glitter. I left it for a second or two then removed the stencil. The kids were impressed, they thought the glitter tattoos were great! They stay on for a few days, wash off with warm soapy water.
This set is perfect for any Frozen fan! I’m sure Isla will be asking to dress up as an Ice Princess again very soon and no trip to see Frozen 2 will be complete without a little glitter!
