These fantastic shows in the park were the highlight of our summer!

The Shows

Gangsta Granny

Saturday 22 June 2pm and 6.30pm

Sunday 23rd June 5pm

Meet Ben, an 11 year old want-to-be plumber fed up with spending his Friday nights at Granny’s. All she wants to do is play Scrabble and eat cabbage – not exactly his idea of fun!

Hungry and bored Ben goes searching for something more edible in the kitchen and stumbles upon an old biscuit tin. The tin holds more than just digestives, however; it contains Granny’s biggest secret…

Ben’s Granny is an international jewel thief, and she needs his help to pull off her biggest heist yet, stealing the crown jewels! Recommended age 8+

Romeo and Juliet

Saturday 17th August 2pm and 6.30pm

Sunday 18th August 5pm

You are invited to an exclusive glittering red-carpet event that will be attended by notorious celebrity families, The Montagues and the Capulets.

With the media reporting their every move and social media abuzz with their escapades tensions are running high. There’s only one question on everybody’s lips – will these two families behave, or will it be another fiery battle at dawn as the fabulous feud continues? Recommended age 8+

Wuthering Heights

Saturday 3rd August 2pm and 7.30pm

Sunday 4th August 5pm

Prepare for an evening of thrills, chills, and ghostly spirits where we hope to find the souls of the infamous Cathy and Heathcliff, former inhabitants of notorious Wuthering Heights. If you are unfamiliar with the story behind these restless spirits, Heathcliff was an orphan raised amongst the Earnshaw family at their home on the moors. He developed an intense and unearthly bond with Mr. Earnshaw’s passionate daughter, Cathy.

Driven apart by Cathy’s ambition for social elevation, Heathcliff turns vengeful and sets out to enact a torturous scheme of revenge on the next generation of Earnshaws. Together we hope to unveil the mystery of their unruly and passionate love affair that is reputed to extend beyond the grave. Recommended age 9+

Private Lives

Thursday 15th August 7.30pm

Friday 16th August 7.30pm

Heartbreak Productions welcomes to you L’Hotel Crevecoeur. May we please remind you to follow hotel rules (we have them for a reason) and enjoy your stay at the hotel appropriately.

Whilst you are here, be on the lookout for two honeymooning couples, Elyot and Sibyl Chase and Amanda and Victor Prynne. Before Elyot married Sibyl and Victor married Amanda, Elyot and Sibyl were married to each other, and unfortunately, we have booked them into rooms with adjacent balconies. Really, though, what could go wrong? Recommended age 8+

Keep an eye out this summer for some Out and About Mummy reviews, as me and my family have been asked again this year to come along to the entire summer season! We are extremely excited and can’t wait!

So don’t forget to bring your chairs, blankets, picnics, (perhaps a brolly) and be prepared to be entertained!
