Yellow is the Colour of Sunshine is touring now.

This summer make you you and your family see Yellow Is The Colour of Sunshine, a ‘vibrant new play for children aged 3 and above’.

The production (from Leeds theatre company Tutti Frutti and award-winning play-write Brendan Murray) uses spoken word, integrated Bristish Sign Language, movement and stunning Japanese-inspired design to tell the story of two friends, Hani and Yoshi.

‘Hani and Yoshi are as different as chalk is to cheese; one big one small, one nosy one quiet. Side by side they play by the blue sea, run through the green fields and dance in the yellow sunshine. But one day the sky turns grey and everything starts to change….. Will the sun ever come out again?

This delightful tale has been created for the youngest of theatre audiences, using themes of friendship, emotions and feelings all in a very positive, fun and creative way.
