It’s September! Which means it’s time for the kids to get back to school (hooray I here you cry), time for us to get our big coats back out and time to turn the heating on!
Well maybe not just yet, let’s hope we have a few nice sunny weeks in September before October hits!
August has been a busy month for us, here’s my round up-
School Holiday Fun With Friends
This summer holidays we have been so busy! Me and my good twin mummy friends, headed to my dad’s caravan for a few weeks with the kids. Between us we have 7 kids, the eldest is 9 and the youngest being our sets of twins which are 2 years old. We had a fantastic couple of days, mainly playing on the beach. Me and my family also did some blackberry picking in Saddleworth on the Yanks Are Back weekend. We had a lovely day, the parade was great, the kids loved it. Another fab day was at Clifton Country Park in Salford. We took part in the Fairytale Trail which was so much fun and the kids thought it was great.
Bee In The City
If you follow me regularly you will know we have been hunting the Bees in Manchester! We have been having a fantastic time over the last few weekends! You can read all about our fun here-
My kids absolutely love a trip to the farm! So do I! Last week we met our friends at Cockfields Farm for a fun filled day. And it really was, we were there all day! Check out what we got up too!
In The Night Garden Live
I had been looking forward to In The Night Garden Live for some time now. And I wasn’t disappointed. The show was amazing, my twins were mesmerised and it’s an experience I’ll remember forever. It was a very special day.
This month has been fantastic for shows! We were so lucky to be invited to the press night showing of Madagascar The Musical. We also headed to The Lowry and enjoyed What The Ladybird Heard. We also headed to Fletcher Moss Botanical Gardens in Didsbury for the last time this summer. We watched The Railway Children in the park with the kids and a picnic.
Me and the girls had such a fab day at Heaton Park for Friends Fest! If your a big Friends fan, then you need to get yourself there next year!
