As you know, I have been trying to improve my overall wellbeing. Being a mum to three means I’m busy literally all the time! I’m tired pretty much all the time and rarely take any time for myself.
Last month I decided to try to make myself feel a little better. I joined in with a fitness challenge and even got to pamper myself thanks to Mama Treats.
In this post I wanted to share with you some of my favourite hair and skincare products that I have been using this month and that have helped me feel a little better.
Eucerin Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm
I’m also taking the #MyAquaphor BritMums challenge. I was sent Eucerin Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm and this has been my first time using it.
Eucerin Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm is fantastic for dry, cracked or irritated skin, it’s even suitable for highly sensitive skin such as a baby’s and in the nappy area.
Since receiving my tube of soothing skin balm, I have used it on the dry patches of skin on my face, on my lips and hands in the cold weather and even on my two children that wear nappies. Its great on dry skin and has been a fab nappy cream. I love that I can use one cream for several different things!
Eucerin Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm now lives in my handbag! This post is an entry for the BritMums #MyAquaphor challenge, sponsered by Eucerin. Discover the benefits of Eucerin at http://www.eucerin.co.uk/products/aquaphor/soothing-skin-balm-45ml
Sanctuary Spa Hot Sugar Scrub
I got a gorgeous Sanctuary gift set for my birthday last month and I absolutely love this hot sugar scrub!
This cleansing and moisturising body scrub heats up as you rub it in your hand. It smells lovely and feels like a luxurious treat every time I use it.
Garnier Ultimate Blends Almond Crush Yogurt Hair Mask
I needed something for my hair, it was feeling a little dry and straw-like. This yogurt mask smells gorgeous and helps fight against the daily struggle that my hair faces!
AVON Planet Spa Greek Seas Soothing Peel-Off Face Mask
I do love a face mask, especially one that peels-off. This one from AVON is lovely. I like to apply it in the bath and relax for 20 minutes before peeling it off. My skin feels all tingly and soft after using it.
Thanks for reading.
Lovely to hear how you got on with Aquaphor and to see how you are looking after yourself. Commenting for myself and on behalf of BritMums and thanking you for taking part
